End User License Agreement — effective upon purchase.
1. Grant of License
By purchasing a Phoenix Dungeon font, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the font software as specified by the license tier purchased. This license does not transfer ownership of the font files.
2. License Tiers
Phoenix Dungeon offers a ladder of license tiers, from personal/non-commercial use up through unlimited company-wide use. Each tier grants everything included in the tiers below it, plus the additional usage rights specific to that tier. The exact rights, restrictions, and price for each tier are shown on the font's page at the time of purchase, and a copy is included in your order confirmation email.
3. Restrictions
You may not: (a) resell, sublicense, or redistribute the font files; (b) modify the font software and redistribute it; (c) embed the font in a product that allows extraction of the font files; (d) share the font files with third parties outside your licensed project team.
4. Number of Users
Each license covers up to 5 users (designers or developers) within the same organization working on the licensed project. Additional users require additional licenses.
5. Ownership
All fonts remain the intellectual property of Phoenix Dungeon. Purchasing a license grants the right to use the fonts — it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the typeface design.
