Phoenix Dungeon sells digital typeface products. All sales are governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA) provided at the time of purchase. Digital products are non-returnable once downloaded, subject to our Refund Policy.

Purchases are processed securely via PayPal. You agree to provide accurate payment information. Phoenix Dungeon reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion.

All typefaces, designs, content, and materials on this site are the intellectual property of Phoenix Dungeon. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without explicit written permission, except as permitted by your purchased license.
5. Limitation of Liability
Phoenix Dungeon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
